this film in the Jungle Jim series stars Johnny Weissmuller, Karin
Booth, Richard Wyler and Bernie Hamilton. Our jungle expert helps
protect a tribe against a man that wants to smuggle diamonds.
Much of the plot here
is fairly simplistic and the short run time does not allow for much
depth. There is the same suspect stereotypes and despite the title
there are actually no cannibals in the story at all. Unlike the last
film in the series I saw there is no blacking up at least but does
not make this a much better film.
