this film stars Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Zooey Deschanel and Chloe Grace
Moretz. A greetings card writer meets a girl who he falls in and out
of love with.
As we all know the
path of the romantic comedy is a thoroughly well trodden area and
this film does not necessarily have a lot to offer in terms original
events. Where this film is better is the non-linear nature of the
narrative helps give the film a more interesting tone which is
refreshing. There are good performances from the cast and the
direction certainly helps create a good atmosphere that stays clear
of the usual genre pitfalls.
