The Bodyguard (1992)

Jackson this film was written by Lawrence Kasdan and stars Kevin
Costner and Whitney Houston. A former Secret Service agent takes a
job as a bodyguard for a music and movie superstar.
It took many years to
get this film made, originally Steve McQueen was mooted as a
potential star, but when it finally came out it was a smash hit at
the box office. When it comes to the script the characters are not
bad but there are some real problems in the final third when the plot
takes a turn towards the unbelievable. When it comes to the
relationship between the two central characters which the film hangs
on the romance between them does not exactly sparkle either.
