Parker this sequel stars Rowan Atkinson, Gillian Anderson, Rosamund
Pike and Dominic West. The bumbling English secret agent returns to
try to stop a plan to assassinate the Chinese Premier.
It took 8 years for
this sequel to arrive and you have to wonder why they bothered after
such a long gap. By no means is this a terrible film but it is one of
the more pedestrian Bond spoofs out there and there are more Bond
spoofs knocking around than you can shake a stick at. The problem
with this film is it always takes the easy, predictable option both
in plot and comedy giving no surprises or real laugh out loud
moments.
