Cannon this cartoon is based on a story by Dr. Seuss and is narrated
by Marvin Miller. A young boys parents are at their wits end when
their son can only communicate in sound effects.
A fairly simple story
this is an entertaining short cartoon. There are not a ton of jokes
but the over all premise is amusing. The art style is fine but
unremarkable.
