Bunuel this film stars Simone Mareuil and Pierre Batcheff. A bunch of
weird stuff happens including, famously, an eye being cut by a razor
blade.
I have watched this
film twice now and to be honest whatever meaning might be behind the
film escapes me. As a collection of bizarre images it's certainly
hard to watch and no doubt has an effect on the viewer. Even to
modern eyes the most famous part of this film is a challenging watch.
