The Sealed Room (1909)

Griffith this tilm stars Arthur V. Johnson, Marion Leonard and Henry
B. Walthall. A Count creates a special room for having it off with
his bit on the side but when he catches her with another lover in
there he bricks them both up in the room.
Stretching out it's
material a little too thinly I'm not sure this film catches the real
horror inherent in the scenario. This is an average watch that could
have learnt something from some of the more evocative pieces of the
period. Not badly made this is more a film that doesn't reach it's
potential.
