Where no doggy has gone before

K-9000: A Space Oddity (1968)

Directed by Robert Mitchell and Robert Swarthe this is a short animated film. A dog heads into space and finds a lot of whacky stuff going on there.

Not a full parody of the Stanley Kubrick film there are still elements shared between the two films. While this is an enjoyable distraction I think it's unlikely to stay with the viewer for long. Neither the animation or humour especially stand out but this is still a decent watch.
