Lost to camera placement

Lyon: sauvetage de lapins (1896)

Directed by Auguste & Louis Lumiere this is an early short film. Men save rabbits from flooding.

The image quality of the version I saw of this film is so bad that it was impossible to make out what was actually going on. Having the camera so far away from the action does not help matters either. Maybe if you can find a really good version this is worth watching, otherwise it is not.
