The Cigar Box (1907)

Chomon this is an early short film. A man uses a giant cigar box to
perform various magic tricks.
A lot in common with
other special effects films from the same director this is one of the
better examples of his work. Both the sets and costumes are
excellent, adding a real richness to the images. The magic tricks may
not be pushing the boat out too far but this is still a decent piece
for the period.
