Gray this film based on historical events stars Angus Macfadyen, Anna
Hutchison, Jared Harris and Diarmaid Murtagh. Following a series of
defeats to the English would be king of Scotland Robert the Bruce
hides out with a poor family.
If you are expecting a
historical epic which is a worthy sequel to Braveheart (1995) you are
in for a massive disappointment. This film is mostly a work of
fiction and has very little of interest to say. It is clear from the
start that this film was made on a tiny budget.
