Welcome to Happiness

by Oliver Thompson this film stars Kyle Gallner, Olivia Thirlby, Nick
Offerman and Keegan-Michael Key. A children's author lives in an
apartment with a magic door in it that strangers go through for a
second chance.
Taking a heavy handed
religious allegory this film attempts to hammer home the
disappointingly weak message that “everything happens for a
reason”, even terrible things. I found the plot pretty weak and
it's off beat tone just a poor attempt at a Wes Anderson style. The
cast do the best they can but this is not an impressive film.
