The Dangers in a
Fisherman's Life (1907)

Jaenzon this film known as “Fiskerlivets Farer” in Norwegian
stars Alma Lund and Henry Hagerup. A woman watches as her husband and
son go out fishing in a row boat.
This is a pretty short
and simple film but nicely covers the events and emotions of a
drowning. It is hard to say a lot about such a simple film but it is
historically important as the first film produced in Norway. As a
start to an industry this is a pretty decent one and not a bad watch.
