Fire! (1901)

Williamson this is an early film with an unknown cast. With a
building set ablaze firemen attempt to rescue the inhabitants.
The plot of this short
film is very simple but for an early film has some nice action
sequences. While it may seem a little rudimentary to modern viewers
it is easy to imagine how this was ground breaking at the time. For
the finale of the film a man jumping out of a window provides the
highlight of the piece.
