Jackpot (2011)
Written and directed
by Magnus Martens this film stars Kyrre Hellum, Mads Ousdal, Henrik
Mestad and Arthur Berning. Four Norwegian men win a jackpot betting
on football then decide that it would be better to share the prize
between less people.
This dark comedy from
Norway works really well blending humour with violence that keeps you
entertained through out. The plot keeps you guessing as to what
really happened as the knuckle heads try to dispose of the various
bodies. Occasionally the subtitles could have been a little easier to
read but otherwise this is a really well made film that is well worth
watching.
