WarGames (1983)
Directed by John Badham this film stars Matthew Broderick, Ally Sheedy, Dabney Coleman and John Wood. A highschool hacker accidentally ends up playing out a nuclear war with a government computer.
When you scrape all the 80s cheese off this film it actually has something to say about nuclear war and MAD. Unfortunately the film is fairly dated and lacking a little bit in subtlety. A fun watch despite the flaws.
