Directed by Auguste & Louis Lumiere this is an early short film. A shot of Westminster Bridge shows people going about their daily lives.
I like the way this short captures both an iconic location and the mundane life of people who live in the city. One or two people break the 4th wall by looking at the camera however most are unaware of it. A fascinating snapshot of a point in history.
