Thunder Bay (1953)
Directed by Anthony Mann this film stars James Steward, Joanne Dru, Gilbert Roland and Dan Duryea. Two men want to start drilling for oil in shrimping waters off the coast of Louisiana.
One of many collaborations between Stewart and Mann this is not the most memorable of the bunch. This is a fairly average film that trundles through predictable plot points and an inevitable conclusion. Decent enough but not worth seeking out.
