Raban this is a short experimental film. We see Canary Wharf in
London from various angles and various times of day.
As a snap shot of
London in 1992 this is somewhat interested but this film is far too
fast and short to really soak in the setting. There is an interesting
idea here but in my opinion the film is just too short. I really
wanted to see more if this was going to be a true study of a building
and its position in the city.
