The Cabinet of Jan
Svankmajer (1984)
Directed by a trio of
Stephen Quay, Thimothy Quay and Keith Griffiths this is an animated
short film. We see a bunch of odd stop motion creatures.
No doubt bizarre this
film does not exactly have a clear narrative or meaning but it
certainly holds your attention. I think most will find at least
something to enjoy in this series of strange images. Generally the
film is well animated if not remarkably so.
