Passengers (2016)

Tyldum this film stars Jennifer Lawrence, Chris Pratt, Michael Sheen
and Laurence Fishburne. A passenger travelling in deep sleep on an
interstellar flight finds himself accidentally woken up 90 years too
soon with no way to go back to sleep.
Despite being dressed
up in the clothes of the future this is a regressive romance that is
frankly just a big disappointment. There is nothing interesting to
see here either about romance or the future. Michael Sheen does his
best and stands out as an android but otherwise this is a weak film
that is manipulative on more than one level.
