Sandow (1894)

K.L. Dickson this short documentary features body builder Eugen
Sandow. The subject of the film does a number of poses to show off
his muscles.
There is not a lot to
this film other than a short sequences of poses but I suppose the
fluid movement of muscle may be appealing to some. It is hard to much
about a this film as there is nothing in the way of narrative, it is
just a short showcase. The camera does not even move and there is no
real editing to speak of either.
