Film 2-3 (1944)
Directed by brothers
John and James Whitney this is an experimental short film as part of
their film exercises series. Different coloured shapes swirl and move
around on the screen.
As pleasant as the
visuals of this film are it does not really go anywhere beyond being
swirly shapes. I could not find any deeper meaning but was still
entertained at least for the brief run time of this film. Ultimately
a little too abstract for my taste.
