Gilbert the 11th film in the Bond franchise stars Roger
Moore, Lois Chiles, Michael Lonsdale and Richard Kiel. After a space
shuttle being transported to the UK goes missing 007 is put on the
case.
The plot of this film
does more than push the bounds of believability at times and some of
the action sequences get down right silly. While the special effects
for the film were nominated for an Oscar it is hard to find much else
to like about this film. Even the theme song is one of the weakest in
the franchise and marks this film as a real disappointment given it's
direct predecessor.
