A Hijacking (2012)

Lindholm this film stars Pilous Asbaek, Soren Malling, Abdihakin
Asgar and Dar Salim. A Danish ship is hijacked by Somali pirates on
the way to India and the company's CEO decides to take charge of
ransom negotiations himself.
In a classically
Scandinavian way this film is presented without any melodrama but
it's austere style makes the film very human. The script shows the
pressures people are under in a dangerous situation well but I would
have liked to have seen a little more of the aftermath. This is well
made film that tackles it's subject in stark contrast to some over
the top Hollywood films on similar subjects.
