Cairo, Artillery Parade (1897)

Directed by Alexandre Promio this is an early short film. An artillery parade goes through the streets of Cairo.

Marrying up a decent background with solid foreground action this is a pretty good film for the genre. My only real complaint here is that the parade is shot from behind. Enjoyable despite the flaw.
