Les Chats Boxeurs (1898)
Directed by Auguste & Louis Lumiere this is an early short film. Two cats in a ring have a mock boxing match.
I do not mind some of the early films involving trained animals however this one just comes across as animal cruelty. Even with wearing boxing gloves I am not a fan of seeing cats forced to fit. That is a no from me.
