Panorama pendant l'ascenscion de la Tour Eiffel (1898)
Directed by Louis Lumiere this is an early short film. A camera goes up the lift in the Eiffel tower.
Calling this a panorama is a bit much however the film is interesting in that it looks out from the Eiffel tower rather than at it as most modern views do. It is strange to think there was a time when the Eiffel tower was not the attraction it self. To be honest the view captured is not the best as there is too much metal work in the way.
