Directed by James H. White this is an early short film. We see a bunch of people walking past the camera.
Unfortunately there is not much in the way of landmarks or similar to really place this film, it could be taking place anywhere. The image quality does not show a lot of detail about the people on film either. All in all not one of the better early Eidson films.
