Magic Bricks (1908)

Chomon this is an early trick photography film. A magician and his
assistant use a box to make various things appear and disappear.
To get the obvious out
of the way the use of yellow face in this film really takes the shine
off what would otherwise be a quaint early film. Fitting in well with
many similar films of the area this film has the usual Chomon level
of production value. Probably still just a rip off of a Melies film
but well done none the less.
