Dudow this is a short documentary. We see how the poor of Berlin live
and the conditions they endure.
As much propaganda
with a communist underpinning as anything else this is still a decent
watch as a historical record. You can make no mistake about the
agenda the film is pushing thanks to the heavy handed nature of the
narration. Maybe a subtler hand could have helped here but otherwise
this is fairly well made but unremarkable.
