Swayne Gordon and Marin Sais. We Shakespeare's play adapted and
truncated in silent form.
Inevitably a lot is
lost as this play is brought down to being a 10 minute silent film
but if you know the play it's easy to follow this highlight version.
What stands out here is the costumes and sets that are actually
pretty decent. As Shakespeare goes this is not the best version of
one of his plays you will see but it is a nice milestone in film
making.
