Daddy's Home (2015)

Anders this film stars Will Ferrell, Mark Wahlberg, Linda Cardellini
and Thomas Haden Church. A step father struggles to deal with the
sudden arrival of the much cooler biological father of the children
he is helping to raise.
This film is not
exactly overly funny or clever but it does belatedly have it's heart
in the right place at least. To work fully the film really needed to
have the antagonists psyche worked out a little better as his
character arc feels a bit cheap and is what should round off the
film. I did just about enjoy this film and I do not think it is as
bad as some people do.
