Directed and animated
by J. Stuart Blackton this is a short animated film. Various short
scenes are shown drawn in chalk on a blackboard.
There is not a huge
amount to this film in terms of content but it is well known as it is
considered to be a historical milestone. Using stop motion animation
of chalk figures is created with occasional real time interaction by
the animator. For a short distraction this is not too bad but it is
not much more than that.
