Resnais this documentary is narrated by Michel Bouquet with a script
from Jean Cayrol. Alternating between historic footage and stock
footage shot 10 years later we explore the Holocaust.
Despite it's short run
time this is a clear and methodical exploration of the Holocaust. It
is impressive how much detail is fitting into such a short film and
how compelling it is. No punches are pulled, footage used is often
haunting and leaves the viewer with only questions about how
something like this could occur.
