Across the Line: The
Exodus of Charlie Wright (2010)

Frazier this film stars Aidan Quinn, Mario Van Peebles, Andy Garcia
and Gina Gershon. A con man running a ponzi scheme escapes to Mexico
where he is hunted by the FBI and various gangsters.
I am not sure who cast
this film but putting the best actors (Garcia, Gershon) in the
smallest roles does not seem like a good start. When it comes to the
plot I just did not care and the final reveal if anything destroys
any small amount of empathy built up by the protagonist. Strangely
this film is billed as an action film there is only one action
sequence in the whole piece.
