Ben is Back (2018)
Directed by Peter Hedges this film stars Julia Roberts and Lucas Hedges. A young addict in recovery returns unexpectedly to visit his family for Christmas.
As addiction films go this one is fine but covers a lot of familiar ground. There is nothing especially new or impressive here. A solid genre effort, nothing more.
