Dejeuner de Chat (1895)
Directed by Louis Lumiere this is an early short film featuring Marcel Koehler. A small boy tries to feed a cat some milk.
Given that the cat's face is covered in milk I strongly suspect this is not the first take. There is not much to the short but it does capture a very human moment, one which you may well have seen yourself if you have ever seen children interacting with animals. A fun little short.
