William Macneill this film based on historical events stars Chloe
Sevigny, Kristen Stewart and Jamey Sheridan. In the 1890s a woman
kills her father and step mother with the aid of the family servant.
Rather than sticking
to what we know for sure this film pushes a clear agenda and
interpretation of events. A little slow in pacing at times this will
not be to the taste of all viewers. There are decent performances
from the leads but in general this is not a great film in my opinion.
