Alberini this film stars Ubaldo Maria Del colle and Carlo Rosaspina.
We see historical scenes from the capture of Rome in 1870.
Billed as the first
Italian film this is a nationalistic celebration of the completion of
the unification of Italy. It is kind of hard to follow what is
happening at times and the film is more a series of moments rather
than having a clear plot. There are a couple of nice moments of
action but this is very much a rudimentary effort.
