This documentary explores a Paris slaughterhouse and the people that
work there.
This is a relatively
short look at where meat comes from which pulls no punches in terms
of showing the blood and all. I did not find this the most
interesting or surprising documentary but no doubt the images will
shock some. Despite being in black and white some of the sequences
involving animals being killed and butchered will be hard viewing for
some.
