Salt and Fire (2016)

Herzog this film based on the novel “Aral” stars Veronica Ferres,
Micahel Shannon and Lawrence Krauss. Three scientists sent by the UN
to South America to look at a natural disaster get kidnapped.
All round this is a
fairly strange and off beat film. The plot meanders but not in a good
way while it pontificates on the importance of points of view before
limping to a disappointing conclusion. No doubt going for a specific
style some of the performances do not seem great either.
