Sea Fever (2019)
Written & directed
by Neasa Hardiman this film stars Hermione Corfield, Dougary Scott
and Connie Nielsen. The crew of a fishing boat encounter unusual sea
life and become infected with a parasite.
Despite the
claustrophobic setting of this film the plot never builds much
tension. As a genre piece this is fine but not really remarkable.
There are a lot better versions of this film out there even if this
execution is fairly timely given the current COVID situation.
