Bell, Richard Madden and Bryce Dallas Howard. We follow the career of
pop star Elton John.
I think I would have
much preferred the hard hitting warts and all version of this film
rather than the fantasy land slog through Elton's greatest hits. At
some point the film just becomes a superficial diversion that is more
interested in telling rather than showing. The plot is does not
believe in subtlety at all.
