Chomon this is an early short film. We see a band made up of clowns
going about town.
Using a number of
trick photography shots this is a classic early film. Compared to
some of Chomon's other films this may lack the charm of the sets and
costumes he is known for. A fun little watch with some skill for the
special effects of the era.
