Stone this film based on real events stars Joseph Gordon-Levitt and
Shailene Woodley. A contractor for the CIA and the NSA becomes
disillusioned with the methods of intelligence collection used by his
government and becomes a whistleblower.
Taking a heavy hand
Stone rams his own political opinion down the viewers throat from the
get go. I really would have liked to have seen a gentler hand tell
this story. An important discussion is road fairly rough shod over
here which is a big shame.
