Facial Recognition
(1978)
Directed by Al Jarnow
this short film features a bunch of kids. We see the concept of image
resolution demonstrated using a bunch of dots and the face of honest
Abe.
I think when Jarnow is
at his best he is demonstrating complicated concepts through simple
short films and this is a good example of that. Maybe the film works
best on American audiences but I think it still holds up around the
world. Certainly not a bad watch.
